Site Management
Through ENACO's Site Management, we handle everything related to the facility. Installation and configuration, maintenance and repair, monitoring and management of operations, security, capacity planning, problem management, and ongoing status reports to you as the client.
Site Operations
With Site Operations, we add additional services to our management assignment, such as key performance indicator (KPI) control, performace targets with clear cost control, and SLA-based commitments. ENACO's Site Operations also eliminate dependence on key individuals, meaning we take over the entire responsibility for the facility's operation and maintenance.
