Why did you choose ENACO?
"ENACO came in after a period when Iver had undergone a series of changes and reorganizations. We needed more competent staff in the operation of the critical infrastructure of the data centers in several locations, and since we needed to act quickly, we simply asked several suppliers for help. The question we asked was: How would you act in our situation? We assembled a reference group of technicians to listen to the proposals of the suppliers and choose the best solution."

For our customers, it is crucial that our facilities maintain high security and always function. ENACO is the partner and supplier one wishes for, and I feel calm and secure, able to sleep well at night."
What does the assignment for ENACO look like today?
"They are currently present at all of our data centers in southern and central Sweden, where they have management assignments through their Operations service. They manage the facilities with their own Site Engineers on site who handle monitoring and management of operations and security, inspections, as well as service and planned measures. It really feels like they have stepped in and become an integrated partner in our daily operations."
Have you encountered any challenges, and how did you solve them?
"It is often said that one of the most important parameters that determine whether a supplier is professional and serious is how they handle and solve arising problems. This is undoubtedly one of ENACO's greatest strengths – listening, handling, and acting quickly to solve the problem. I am quite frankly very satisfied with our collaboration, rooted in how we together solve challenges when something happens."
