Steady growth in the South region

ENACO South looks set for a record year in 2023 with several major deals and a steadily increasing number of inquiries from brand-new customers. So, what is behind the stable development in the region? This is what Kalle Jönsson, Head of Region South in Malmö, says.

"The most important factor is that we have such a fantastic team working towards the same goal. I can honestly say that I have never worked with such competent and committed people as we have in Malmö right now. This commitment is reflected in the market and means that our customers speak well of us, leading to new business. During the year, we have noticed increased inquiries from brand-new companies who want to hear more about our services and what we can offer them."

One of the keys to the team spirit is that ENACO's technicians come from different industries. This provides a breadth of experience and knowledge that benefits customers.

"I think this diversity is a significant reason for our positive development. We have employees with entirely different backgrounds, but together, they help each other solve problems that arise. It is wonderful to see how the older technicians share their knowledge and experience with the younger ones. These are often things you don't learn during training but are based on experience from a long professional life."

One of the employees who is part of ENACO's success in the South region is Hussein Fahkro, a service technician specializing in refrigeration. After almost two years with the company, he clearly sees what makes ENACO stand out.

"It is both the strong family feeling and the fact that the work itself is so independent. We plan our own days, contact and coordinate with customers, and take responsibility for ensuring that their systems and equipment work properly. This and the strong community make me feel like I'm in the right place," says Hussein.

The rapid technological development in the industry leads to increasing technical requirements. And with it, the need for efficient cooling of the facilities.

"We are seeing a steady increase in increasingly complex specifications from customers, but this is exactly where our knowledge comes into play. We solve the challenges we face with our customers - whether it's a large new construction project or taking over the operation and service contract for an existing plant. If our development continues at this pace, we will welcome more skilled service technicians to us in Malmö in 2024," concludes Kalle.
