ENACO is looking for a Service Delivery Manager in Gothenburg

We deliver mission critical infrastructure, cooling, and networks to businesses with high accessibility requirements. Our delivery includes everything from consulting, design, and installation to operation, maintenance, and monitoring with assured competence and always in dialogue with the customer.

We are looking for a Service Delivery Manager for our business, based at our office in Gothenburg. You are offered a position in a company with a strong brand where team spirit and high satisfaction characterize the workplace.

As an SDM (Service Delivery Manager), you are preferably responsible for managing and developing existing service agreement customers. Sales activities mainly characterize the work, and some project management/coordination of smaller service projects occurs. Travel in the position may occur. You report to the service manager in the region.

You have a clear mission to develop the business with existing customers and find new customers. We deliver different solutions and services for critical infrastructure, usually linked to cooling or electricity. It is an advantage if you have experience with sales of contracts, products, and solutions. You will drive sales independently with the support of the rest of the organization.

ENACO's customers are primarily medium and large companies, organizations, and authorities of great importance to society. This gives you the chance to participate in interesting projects in unique environments.

We are looking for you with the following:

  • Necessary competence in critical infrastructure
  • Ability to independently drive sales
  • Experience in developing customer relationships
  • Good ability to understand technology and its functionality

Knowledge of Swedish and English is required, as well as a driving license and approval for a security test with a background check.

The location is Gothenburg.

The company offers a fixed salary, pension according to ITP1, and a company car. The position is full-time.
