Tripnet
Tripnet operates a total of four data centers for mission-critical IT and has major clients such as Miljonlotteriet, Blue Mobile Systems, and Castellum. Tripnet's first data center was inaugurated over twenty years ago, and even then, ENACO was an important partner. Göran Sjöberg is the Chief Operating Officer at Tripnet and has collaborated with ENACO for over 17 years.
Why did you choose ENACO in the first place?
We wanted a strategic partner who was both responsive and straightforward, and that's what ENACO was and still is today. We had a very good feeling from day one and have since built a very good collaboration through personal relationships and a shared vision of what we can offer Tripnet's customers together. Over the years, ENACO has helped us with all our facilities and complements our knowledge very well.
What does ENACO help you with today?
They manage all the underlying technology at our facilities in Sweden. It includes cooling, power supply, UPS, fire and extinguishing systems, electrical installations, as well as service and maintenance – in short, all the underlying technology needed for us to fulfill our promise to our customers. We have constructive operational meetings every month where we go through the status and what needs to be done going forward. ENACO also provides their expertise in renovations and expansions that we undertake regularly. They are undoubtedly one of our most important strategic partners for our business.
What do you think ENACO's main strengths are?
Something I personally appreciate is how we collectively solve the challenges that arise along the way. During our meetings, we bounce ideas and find solutions that our customers demand. ENACO feels like a personal, flexible, and local company, but with the strength of a large organization behind it.
Another strength I want to highlight is ENACO's way of handling critique and turning it into something positive. There will always be unforeseen events, and together we always find solutions to the problems. When other suppliers blame various factors, ENACO steps forward and addresses the problem. I appreciate this straightforward approach.
I also want to highlight all of ENACO's employees in Gothenburg who go above and beyond in every way. Our satisfaction with ENACO is largely due to our collaboration with them.
How do you see the collaboration evolving in the future?
We operate in an industry that is very demanding with incredibly rapid technological developments and growing demands from our customers. As more and more companies outsource their IT to keep up with developments, we need to be proactive and find even better and more efficient solutions for them. Therefore, it is important for us to further develop this collaboration with ENACO so that together we can continue to add new value to our customers.
