Positive development for Network Services

Network Services is ENACO's business area in network construction that performs everything from basic preliminary studies to complete network installations for both buildings and complex data centers. Marco Aguilera is Head of Business for Network Services and is more than satisfied with the outcome for 2023.

 

"2023 was indeed an exciting year for us. Several of our largest customers, in both the public and private sectors, expanded their cooperation with ENACO, and that is a very good sign. It proves we provide the products and services they require and are a safe and stable partner. In addition, we noticed a steady increase in demand for electrical installations from both our existing and new customers. We have many large projects in the pipeline this year, and I look forward to continuing to expand our services in Network Services in 2024."

With a strong order intake and several significant projects ahead, the company must expand - especially with electricians.

"We hired six new employees in 2023, and we need to recruit more in 2024. We want to secure competence even before the requests land on our table to assist our customers with our competent employees immediately. Right now, we see an increased demand for electricians from our larger data center customers and general electrical installations. If you have tips on good people with the right skills, ask them to call me."

Team spirit, commitment, and community have always been at the heart of ENACO's operations - something that was particularly evident in 2023.

"The most critical development in 2023 was how everyone at Network Services worked as a cohesive team. Our employees are doing a fantastic job, and everyone is committed to helping our customers with their expertise. I am incredibly proud of what we have achieved and believe that we will further strengthen the team spirit during this year," concludes Marco.
